1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Each user is responsible for the security of their own account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and third parties must not be allowed to use the account. If any suspicious activity is noticed, bgd's support team must be informed immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All gaming and betting services at bgd are for users aged 21 and above only. If a minor creates or uses an account, it will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be cancelled. bgd takes a firm stance on protecting children and young people from online gambling.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use bgd:

• Anyone whose account has previously been closed by bgd
• Anyone who has registered for self-exclusion, either personally or on behalf of a family member
• bgd employees or their close relatives
• Anyone not legally entitled to use such services under applicable law

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bgd uses payment methods available in Bangladesh for depositing and withdrawing funds. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name; sending money through a third party is not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is ongoing.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bgd follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and fraud. If an unusual or suspicious transaction is identified, bgd reserves the right to hold the withdrawal until the necessary investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from bgd are provided under specific conditions. It is each user's responsibility to read the relevant terms in full before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit that earns a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

Each bgd promotion has its own wagering requirement. The bgd Weekly Reload Gift requires 15x wagering on the bonus, the bgd Slots Festival Bonus requires 20x, and the bgd Cricket Deposit Reward requires 18x wagering. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using false information, or applying manipulative betting strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being permanently closed. bgd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion as needed to ensure fair gaming.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

bgd offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game and betting product has its own rules, which are set out in detail on the relevant game page.

6.1 Betting Limits

bgd sets minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may differ for each game or market, and bgd reserves the right to change them without notice.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, bgd follows the policy of cancelling the relevant bet and returning the stake.

6.3 Sports Betting

If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended indefinitely, bgd will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules. Separate settlement rules apply for cricket, football, and other sports.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bgd platform:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Using bots or automated software to bet or play games
• Using systematic strategies for arbitrage betting or bonus hunting
• Attempting to profit dishonestly by exploiting incorrect odds or technical errors
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or renting out an account
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems
• Collecting other users' personal information or harassing them

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, bgd may close the account, seize all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

A user may request to close their account at any time. The process begins once bgd's support team is notified. The user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closure.

8.1 Account Closure by bgd

bgd may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period

8.2 Self-Exclusion
